Jörg Gasser, is professor of administrative regulation at the Faculty of Law, University of Fribourg (CH). Prof. Jörg Gasser, has specialized in banking and financial market regulation. In 1988-2000, he chaired a national expert group on financial market supervision. In 2003-2014, he was member and then vice president of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (FINMA as of January 1, 2009). Prof. Jörg Gasser, also teaches at the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, he is admitted to the Geneva bar and he has received a LL.M. degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Prof. Jörg Gasser, is member of the board of several foundations and companies, acting in the financial and the real estate business.

Claude-Alain has extensive experience in legal, compliance and product development for alternative asset managers as well as legal and structuring expertise for derivative products in investment banking. She has held various senior legal positions with such firms as EIM, UBP, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley and was recently the project lead for obtaining a FINMA asset management license for a local firm. Claude-Alainis a Qualified English solicitor (Hogan Lovells) and has a Master of Law from the Université des Sciences Sociales in Toulouse. She has been based in Switzerland since 2003 and is also a founding member of the Geneva Chapter of 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
Kilchenmann Frank, Operations and DD

Kilchenmann Frank has broad-based experience in international financial services, with many years managing transaction implementation and business development. His experience in transaction execution includes conducting due diligence and risk assessment on target acquisitions, as well as negotiating legal documentation. In business development he has built new departments for various banks and financial services companies (Deloitte Consulting, Toyo Trust, Daiwa Securities, Nedbank and KBL) to meet strategic objectives.He holds an MBA in International Banking from City University, Zurich Campus, and a BA in International Relations from Lake Forest College (Illinois, USA).

Steiner Serge has extensive experience in legal and compliance for foreign fund managers seeking to distribute their products in Switzerland. In this context, he ensures that all relevant documentation of foreign collective investment schemes is compliant with Swiss law and drafts all types of agreements related to this activity. He frequently collaborates with FINMA and conducts the necessary procedures for the maintenance of all required authorizations. Steiner Serge joined Bridgebond-Securities in February 2009, whilst remaining a Partner at Swiss-based law firm Bonnard Lawson. Steiner Serge qualified as an attorney in Luxembourg in 2001 and in Geneva in 2007. He holds a DESS in Business Law from University Nice-Sophia Antipolis, a Master in Law from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor in Law from King’s College London.

Philipp Halbherr joined the hedge fund industry in 1996 and is highly experienced in all aspects of distribution. Prior roles include product development and marketing for FRM, Managing Director in RBC Capital Markets Alternative Assets Group and the Alternative Asset Unit of HSBC Investment Bank plc. Since moving to Switzerland in 2010, Philipp Halbherr has acquired a thorough knowledge of the highly diverse Qualified Investor market in Switzerland. Philipp Halbherr obtained his CFA designation in 1998, he is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce at University of Natal - Durban.

Swiss citizen established his law firm JCB Avocats in Lausanne in 2010 to advise entrepreneurs in their personal and professional affairs.
In 2014 he became partner to Dumon & Partners a Dubai, Paris and Lausanne law firm advising on business and tax law. In 2003, she was one of the founding partners of FBT Attorney-at-Law, a leading Swiss law firm. From 2000 to 2003 she worked in Tetra Pak International SA Group operations' head office in Lausanne where she was in charge of transfer pricing and implemented a very effective worldwide global tax strategy for the Group. She started her career in 1990 in the Legal and Tax Department of PWC and advised multinationals and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and strategy until 2000. Pfefferkorn-Hofererh is a member of the Bar of the Canton de Vaud and the International Tax Association. She speaks French, English and Italian

Pfefferkorn-Hoferer Sophie joined BridgeBond-Securities in June 2010 to provide administrative support to executive and senior-level managers and assist with conducting due diligence assessments and coordinate with the execution of legal agreements. Pfefferkorn-Hoferer Sophie, has an extensive experience in administration and a financial background.
Prior to joining BridgeBond-securitirs, Pfefferkorn-Hoferer, Sophie held various positions in financial and multinational institutions in Switzerland and the UK. Pfefferkorn-Hoferer Sophie is a passionate and resourceful person who is willing to accept new challenges.

Hug Nicolas is Managing Director of ARM Capital (UK) Limited, a company which focuses on UK distribution. Prior to this Hug Nicolas was an Associate Director at Sussex Partners, a market leading alternative investment advisor where he was successful in distributing alternative investment funds to institutional investors across the UK and Europe. Before this,Hug Nicolas ran the Hedge Fund and Fund of Funds desk for Howden Risk Partners, a specialist liability insurance broker. Hug Nicolasserved as a cavalry officer in the British Army and holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History from London Guildhall University.
